“The downside is that a lot of these companies are true play digital signage companies, they kind of get something working in terms of meeting room signs, but are not focused on it,” says Dave Haynes, the founder and editor of  the Sixteen:Nine blog and the Meeting Room Signs website, the must-see conference room sign directory.

“So their product quite often is not that robust and really does not understand the market. It’s one of the things they have versus the thing they do. I think the pure play guys have a real advantage here.”
