About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and tech-savvy Sales and Customer Success Representative to significantly grow our direct sales presence across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, cultivating strong client relationships, and promoting Joan’s innovative suite of workplace management solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Identify and target potential direct sales opportunities and achieve or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and expand a client portfolio through proactive outreach, referrals, trade shows, and digital channels.
  • Product Expertise: Present and demonstrate Joan’s products to prospective clients, clearly articulating their benefits and features.
  • Customer Success: Maintain strong post-sale relationships, support the client onboarding process, and drive customer retention.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Keep CRM records (HubSpot experience is a plus) accurate and up to date, report on the sales pipeline and forecasts, and stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our portfolio.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams, providing valuable customer feedback and insights.

What are we looking for

  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, preferably within the technology or workplace solutions.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and successfully close deals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • CRM/Tech Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot preferred), PRM systems, and project/issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira), as well as WOO and the Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. 
  • Attributes: Self-driven, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
